Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Two Bits Solar Cleaning ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").

You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these Terms and Conditions, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and you must discontinue use immediately.

Service Description

Two Bits Solar Cleaning provides solar panel cleaning and bird proofing services for residential properties. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Solar panel cleaning using deionized water
• Bird proofing installation and maintenance
• System inspection and performance assessment
• Maintenance plans

Scheduling and Service Provision

We will make every reasonable effort to perform services at the scheduled time. However, we reserve the right to reschedule services due to inclement weather, unsafe working conditions, or other circumstances outside our control. We will notify you as soon as possible in the event of any scheduling changes.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. For maintenance plans, payment terms will be specified in the plan agreement. We accept major credit cards, checks, and electronic transfers.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Any quote provided is valid for 30 days from the date issued, unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) may incur a fee of up to 25% of the service cost. No-shows will be charged 50% of the service cost.

Warranties and Liability

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner and in accordance with industry standards. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 7 days, and we will address your concerns promptly.

We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage to solar panels or property. Any visible damage will be documented and communicated to you before work begins. We carry comprehensive liability insurance to protect against damages that may occur during service provision.

Intellectual Property

The content on our Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Two Bits Solar Cleaning and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on this content without our express written consent.

User Representations

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

• All registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete
• You will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update as necessary
• You have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms and Conditions
• You are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside
• You will not access the Site through automated or non-human means
• You will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions.
